When you send an inquiry through the contact form we receive your name, email address, optional phone number and the message you write. With each submission we also store a consent record: the date and time, your IP address, the page you submitted from, and the exact wording of the consent you gave. We keep that record so we can prove what you agreed to.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with lead brokers or other photographers.
Transactional messages about your inquiry or booking always arrive regardless of marketing choices. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe; unsubscribing never stops replies, booking confirmations or gallery delivery.
This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are read. It sets cookies and collects anonymised usage data. No advertising profiles are built from it by us. You can block it with any standard browser privacy tool without breaking the site.
Photos from your session are stored privately and shared with you through a private gallery link. We publish selected images in our portfolio only with your written permission, and you can ask us to take any published image of you down at any time.
Inquiry emails are kept up to 24 months. Booking records are kept as required for tax purposes. You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion — write to info@motionmemory.design and we will respond within 30 days.
